Some people seem to remain skinny no matter what they eat. Which isn't fair on the rest of us but by using lose weight hypnosis you can tip the odds back in your favor.

Whilst you may consciously think that you want to lose weight and are eating "all the right things" at least most of the time, if you're not as slim and trim as you should be the chances are that there's an extra process or two working against you.


These processes are hidden deep in our subconscious minds and are part of our survival mechanism. Thousands of years ago when we were evolving, food wasn't sitting there waiting in a grocery store for us to buy it. We had to grow or hunt our own food. Which meant that some days there was no food to eat - the cupboard was bare.

So instinctively, we eat food when it's available. Just in case there's starvation round the corner.

But in today's world, that's almost never the case.

The hypnotic messages will reprogram the part of our survival mechanism that sees food and wants to eat as much as possible. The change is subtle - you likely won't notice anything consciously except that your clothes are once again a good fit rather than a tight squeeze.
