Low Cost Lead Generation - Oopsies
In mid 2007 there I stood, cleaning my kitchen, feeling frustrated by all of the promises that I had believed about all of my potential wealth. I had put tons of individuals in front of my big wigs, little wigs, and in a pinch I just did it myself. The Dead-Beats I had had many commitments from my purchased leads to come to watch the uppity ups in our area and meet me in person along with a bunch of my upline, however as it usually happens, most of them were complete flakes, and when one did show up they were dead-beats who really just wanted a hand out – they didn’t really want to be responsible for a real home business. Epiphany It was that day as I stood at my kitchen sink when I realized that there had to be a better way. The leads I was buying were the wrong target market. Plus they all had between 30-80 other people calling them at the same time as me and it was a tough sell just to get them to chat with me for a minute to see what they were looking for! There must be another strategy. That way had to be reputable, respectable, and it had to get me away from buying my leads! How Low Cost Lead Generation Works. I want to preface what I'm about to say because you need to understand that you can do a lot of hard work, get a lot of traffic, even get some leads, but without the information I'm about to teach you you'll still be stuck with no money and wonder why you're still so frustrated. If you're one of the many... many, many folks out there working your tail off to generate your own leads but you can't pay for the expensive training to learn what to do with those leads then this article is just for you. I'm about to answer your question as to why people won't take action. Your getting traffic but no leads... aren't you? And if you are getting leads they're not really reading your emails because you're either using a default email that someone else wrote for you to use as an example, or you aren't sending enough follow-up to get your name in front of your leads and give them the right value. If the whole thing isn't in place then take a break and get it done. Once you enroll people into your funded proposal you create a situation where someone can call you or email you with specific questions – thus creating a relationship of trust. Don’t Pounce If you move in for the kill like a hungry lioness you're going to destroy the precious, hard earned trust. You're not an animal. And you don't have to be in a hurry. There's plenty of abundance to go around. Be patient and get them to come to you. Up to this point you've been offering them true blue, honest to goodness training to help them succeed in network marketing. If you go in for the kill when they call you for help with traffic generation then you're going to mess it all up. Wait until you have helped them realize how important the right upline is to their success. This has nothing to do with compensation, product, or anything to do with the company. This is about the leadership that you have to offer, the time that you're willing to lend, and the skills that you and your upline bring to the table as a benefit to your business partners. Set It Up From the Small End and Work To The Wide End. What I mean here (and this is So Key!) is that you will end up taking a long break to fix it if you don't take some time and get it right in the first place. And I'm talking about the Whole thing. So make sure you get some help knowing what that means to you. This is what it looks like from the small end to the wide end: presentation - leadership circle - funded proposal and follow-up emails - lead capture - traffic - content. See You At The Top!
