Like so many others, I to have been through dark and arduous moments in my life. Moments that I wanted to flee, moments where I just wanted to die to find some kind of rest. Moments where I seriously contemplated suicide and even went as far as writing a note. But I finally realized that the only way to avoid the emotional pain and hurt inside and to move on with life was not death, but to go through the long, gloomy tunnel and confront them. I had to withstand the spiritual darkness and walk through it to see the light of the new beginning that was expecting me on the other side.
