·A personal touch – Give great customer service. Sure, the engine to your online business can be automated, but taking time to engage and interact with your customers on an individual level is priceless, and will give your customers the respect they deserve.

·A way to build a list – There’s no better way to provide this personal touch than by building a list of loyal subscribers you can then nurture a relationship with. This is key to your business success, and as long as you provide quality products it will go from strength to strength.
