This can further be enhanced by investing in advertising and marketing and by placing customer care desks at strategic points within the store to take care of customer complaints. Once a stable client base has been established, the store can then take advantage of technology by establishing on line stores.

Retail refurbishment can also take the shape of branding fast moving goods with the retail store’s name. This will work best if customer care and good stock refurbishing practices have created customer confidence in the retail shop’s goods and services. This in essence will present channels for the retail store to diversify their products and in this way, enjoy the manufacturer’s patent right to determine price levels and also eliminate fees paid to middle men and agents.
