Hakvoort is the Dutch yacht builder is the 39 meter luxury motor yacht which has since been christened SnowbirD. It was being constructed under the project name “Pretty Woman.” It could have been named that even after completion as it has turned out to be a pretty yacht. The interior of SnowbirD is by Michela Reverberi whilst the exterior styling is by Cor D Rover.The yacht’s interior has a traditional modern style. The full-beam owner’s suite includes a stateroom with a king-size bed and large walk-in wardrobe, plus a study. There are four guest cabins on the lower deck, two double VIP cabins and two twin-bed guest room all with ensuite bathrooms.The social areas of the SnowbirD are equally impressive and luxurious. There is an open plan main lounge/dining area arrangement. A large whirlpool bathtub accommodates up to six people and a BBQ grill is being installed in a granite-topped bar. The sun deck features plenty of open space for sunbathing as well as two large sofas and adjustable teak tables. The bridge deck lounge opens up onto a delightful aft area with built-in seating and tables, plus a teak dining table. Celebrity Cruises Celebrity Cruises has revealed that its latest cruise ships will feature a restaurant where passengers can prepare their own meals while looking out to sea. It is known as an innovative brand in the industry and revealed new features being offered on cruise ships Silhouette and reflection.Lawn Club Grill restaurant is the new concept they are introducing as a first in the cruise industry. The new restaurant will give patrons access to the grills, pizza-making tables, large ovens and other appliances so that they can grill their own choice of meats in the evening, alongside the restaurant’s chefs. During the day there will be demonstrations and classes on pizza making and dough tossing. New spa-inspired suites have also been added to Celebrity Reflection, offering guests a private veranda, personal spa concierge and guaranteed proximity to the ships’ spas. Cruise-lovers will have to wait until 2012 to enjoy the new services onboard Celebrity Reflection, although Celebrity Silhouette is set to launch in July next year. Virtuoso Virtuoso and AmaWaterways would be collaborating in order to begin a preferred supplier relationship from January 2011. Thanks to a great demand in Luxury River cruising in Europe, Virtuoso has decided that it is a great way to make sure that sales run high by roping in AmaWaterways. AmaWaterways comes with 12 river cruise vessels and it could be a trend setting moment for the river cruising industry.This might include fairytale trips down European rivers such as Volga, Danube, and other rivers.
