Mass Building For Hardgainers Made Easy

Are you finding it nearly impossible to increase weight due to fast metabolism? You almost certainly think that your genetics prohibit you from putting on any kind of mass. That's exactly how I felt for a long time, till one day I was given a few very helpful tips that allowed me to stack on pounds of muscle mass practically on demand. Now I want to share some of those tips with you, here are a few of the main steps that allowed me to gain weight with fast metabolism.

Proper caloric intake: The reason you cannot put on weight with fast metabolism is simple, your body is burning more calories than you are taking in. Without eating the correct number of calories, you hard work and effort will make no difference. With a fast metabolism, you should be eating about 20-22 times your body weight in calories. Anything less will just get burned and anything more will end up stored as unwanted fat. Also, you must understand that the foods you take in will reflect on your physical appearance.

Out perform your last performance: If you are going to the gym and performing the same routines, with the same weight and same repetitions, your body will eventually feel no need to increase muscle size. See, you will only build muscle mass if you break down enough muscle fibers and force your body to repair them. With that being said, it is very important that you continue to add more stress and always outperform your last session.

Additional Reps
Increase the weight without decreasing repetitions
Rest less between sets
Add more sets

Keep your body in a "growing state": Anabolism is the state your body is in when it’s growing and catabolism is the state in which your body does the opposite. Following a tough workout session, your body will start to feed off of your muscle tissue in order to create more fuel. This is a catabolic state in which your muscle tissue is being sacrificed, your goal is to stop this effect and put your body in an anabolic state. Most of you are familiar with protein intake after a workout session, but consuming simple carbohydrates is just as if not more important. Even though simple carbohydrates are our enemy, after a demanding workout they are much needed. the reason is simple, they are fast acting and shoot your insulin up promoting anabolism.
