Proper caloric intake: The reason you cannot put on weight with fast metabolism is simple, your body is burning more calories than you are taking in. Without eating the correct number of calories, you hard work and effort will make no difference. With a fast metabolism, you should be eating about 20-22 times your body weight in calories. Anything less will just get burned and anything more will end up stored as unwanted fat. Also, you must understand that the foods you take in will reflect on your physical appearance.
