Mclaren Under Investigation
They must answer to FIA’s spy charges and Coughlan, who was suspended last week, has now decided to tell Ferrari how the information got into his possession, following an announcement made by FIA that alleged that such data "could be used to design, engineer, build, check, test, develop and/or run a 2007 Ferrari Formula One car." Ron Dennis, McLaren’s team boss, has preserved the team's incorruptibility all the way through and is convinced FIA will clear them of any illegal actions. Dennis also made a statement assuring that the indictments will not cause the team any type of embarrassment. Although, in the event that they are indeed declared guilty FIA has the power to expel the team from the championship or might even deduct points from the ranking.
