Mental Health In Xxi Century

In the current century we - as the normal citizens of this world - have more and more challenges. Not only we are forced to proces more informations, but also the new tasks arised. Just a few hundred years ago - who heard about taxes, repaymend rate of debts, about programming and managing computer programs? Life was very simple compared to ways we have today. Our mind cannot suffer from such a stres, cannot get all these informations at once, is overloaded and eventually starts to slow down. Soon we might except problems with emotions, and soon we might be endangered with neurosis.

Additionally there are more problems, that we will be forced to share with the civilisation, especially if we want to live the healthy way - or at least get quaranty that our food will be digestible. It's sad truth but its really hard to buy anything that might fulfill even the basic requirements for food. Processed food got nearly no healthy omega 3 low saturated fatty acids, instead it got alot of omega 6, that might damage our health. Sooner or later such a food will cause damage to our cell membranes, which might have the devastating consequences to our healht, including heart attack and cancer. For cereal we have now nearly completely desolated fields, so it got nearly no zinc nor magnesium. Furthermore, we have the habit of eating white bread, which got even less minerals.


As effect of the overgrowing deficiences and stress its more and more common to spot some kind of depression or anxiety disorders. And now its another trap, waiting for us - the medicine and pharmaceutic industry. Most of these problems can be easily cured with simple change of the diet habits and exercises, but its not something that doctors and pharma can get money from, is it? So instead you will get an highly addictive medicine with alot of side effects. But who cares about the side effects? Not doctor, definitely. Once you need to cure from them, he will get more money, so - you know the rest of story.

So if we are unlucky and are touched by either depression or neurosis, first we need to do is make sure, that we do not have any diseases or malfunctions. In most cases it will be magnesium deficiency or maybe zinc, sometimes hypothyroidism. Bacteria diseases are common too, so check out if you have - for example - lyme disease symptoms. Our priority should be to eat healthy, keep it as main goal and be sure, that sooner or later everything will be ok.
