Miami Attractions
I am from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and I love the ocean and around the water. And I love my hometown but it can be very disappointing that we only get three months of summer to enjoy the beach. So during the winter months in order to get my fix, I usually try to vacation someplace warm and tropical. One of my favorite places to visit in all the world is Miami Beach. This is unlike Mexico, the Caribbean, or South America in the way that you are still in America and you still feel very safe. However in Miami you still get that tropical sensation. So when I went from Miami Attractions that sensation multiplied its self by a hundred! I happened to be walking down Collins Avenue with a girlfriend that I had bought with me from Delaware to Miami. We walked by a store that was advertising all kinds of Miami tours and activities to do. What really caught my eye was a large poster that said Miami Attractions day trips. I was always very curious about Key West because I had always heard it was such an unconventional, unique place. So my girlfriend and I walked into the store to inquire about some of the events, activities, and tours that they were selling but mainly their Miami Attractions day trip. When we got inside of the store the clerk was very cordial and informative. Luckily this store that we had walked into sold all of their tickets at half price! So now that money really wasn't an issue I bought us two of the Miami Attractions tour tickets. Little did I know that the drive down there was going to be almost as fun as being in Key West itself! The day we were to take the tour my girlfriend and I walked to the location of where the tour bus would be departing from. It was only a couple of blocks to walk there and we had to be there early at seven in the morning. After that we were on the bus and it was only a 3 1/2 hour drive. But that 3 1/2 hour drive had to be the nicest, prettiest ride I have ever taken in my life! The water surrounding us on our travel down there was every color of blue and green that you could imagine! It was just breathtaking! When we finally arrived the Miami Attractions tour bus driver told us about all of the attractions to go see on the little island. My girlfriend and I had the time of our lives exploring Key West. It was exactly like a tropical getaway but it was still in America which was really amazing! I didn't expect it to be so Caribbean like. Going to Key West from Miami was one of the best ideas I had ever had. I learned about a new place that I plan on traveling too much more frequently in the future. Whether I decide to take a Miami Attractions tour or I decide to go straight to Key West is the only part I haven't figured out yet. Either way I am extremely confident that I will have the best time because I love both places so much!
