Miami Beach Printing
The Miami Beach printing requires a number of steps to be followed. Primarily, printing the document properly is the most important step in the printing process. First of all, the size of the final document should be same as mentioned in the image size of the application program. For example, to print a document of 4” x 6” postcard size, an 11”x12” sized page should not be selected. The resolution should be set at a minimum of 300 DPI. You also have to consider the area for cutting. Again you also have to take into consideration the space in your document for bleeding. Doing this should ensure that the entire document will be perfectly visible once the final document is cut and adjusted. However make this important that there is no important text or picture in the bleeding area. Now a question is very obvious to pop in your mind that what is the bleeding area. Well, the bleeding area I that area which is trimmed of from the original size in order to bring it to the final size before delivery. Bleeding is not required everywhere. If your document contains picture, image or a color that goes to or beyond the edge, only in those situations the bleeding of your document is required. If your document contains a white background or has no colored pictures or images, then there are no such requirements for bleeding. The resolution of the document must also be considered before printing. These images must have a minimum resolution of 300 Dpi at 100% scale of the print size and must be submitted in the uncompressed TIFF format. Then they must be converted into CYMK colors. JPEGs and RGB colors are not accepted in the Miami Beach printing business. Remember that images of higher resolution do not generally give good quality images after printing. The hassles related to handling of these large sized images are also immense. More over increasing the resolution may unnecessarily increase the file size with out improving the quality. Red Green Blue or RGB colors are those colors which are generally used by computers and televisions to display full color. How ever Miami Beach printing companies does not accept RGB file formats. All works must be submitted under CYMK file formats. CYMK represents the color combinations of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. All print materials are accepted in these file formats. To obtain the richest possible Black, the perfect combination should be Cyan 60%; Magenta 40%; Yellow 40% and Black 100%. The Miami Beach printing companies accepts files from both Macintosh and Windows platforms. The final step is proofing of the document and then your document is ready.
