Mistakes People Make With Google Adwords

Every affiliate wants their site to be seen on the first page of Google. The problem is that if you want to do it quickly you will have to put some money down on the table to do it. If you are not careful you could be out of the marketing business before you even get started. Here are some common mistakes people make in using Google Adwords.

1. Paying too much for a daily budget. Set a budget and stick to it. Don’t over spend thinking you will re-coupe the money later because you are outbidding everyone. Set a daily and monthly budget until you earn more money to add to the budget.

2. Choosing high competitive keywords that cost a fortune. Do some research and use the free Keyword Tools section be sure to use the previous version to get the synonym option. Then check the cost of using each keyword and stay away from the big boys until you can afford it.

3. Not tracking your ads to see the click through rate and conversion rate. If your ad is not getting clicked on or it is getting clicked on but people leave as quickly as they get there; you need to look at revising your ads and or website page. Change the wording and learn what other sites are saying to get people to come to them. You need to stand out and capture the attention of the people who visit your site. Advertising is only part of the equation getting people to stay is the next step.

Don’t fall into any of these mistakes and you should do fine. So just remember set a budget, choose your keywords carefully and track your ads. Now go and do great things set up a campaign and avoid the major mistakes most people do when using Google Adwords.
