This means that you can buy over the counter products that help you step away from the process of smoking cigarettes and give you a steady stream of nicotine to help you on your quest. This means that you’ll gradually quit over time, but this too is a bit hard. Regardless of which way you want to proceed with quitting, make sure that you have support, a good support group or at least one friend could be the greatest help.
