My Personal Story Of Losing Weight

I started struggling with my weight when I was just a small boy. My father told me that I had a slow metabolism, but that made no difference to how my self-esteem felt every day. That problem was that I just loved eating sugar. The other kids in my elementary school used to call me names, like Fat Boy and Chubby. I suppose I liked food a bit too much, and would overeat on a daily basis. As a result, my stomach and double chin were getting bigger and bigger.

By the time I got to high school, my weight problem got even worse. The amount of food I could and would consume on a daily basis kept growing. I was too big and slow to play any sports. Guys still made fun of me in the hallways by calling me mean names. My teachers even met with my parents to see if I was being fed properly at home, rather than relying on fast food every night. Meanwhile, no girls would even look at me. I felt alone, and it was very humiliating for a teenager.

Due to a constant feeling of isolation, I concentrated on my schoolwork. That way, I could still allow myself to eat plenty of refined sugary foods. It may have given me a quick buzz every time I chowed down, but my body would only crash and store more fat around my belly, arms, legs and face. When I did start to eat a salad or any other healthy meal, I would just demolish its benefits with bacon bits and creamy dressings that were full of calories.

Eventually, I got into a respectable university. Fortunately for me, being book smart was no longer a nerdy character play. It was great for my self-esteem, even if I began drinking lots of beer on a daily basis. Eventually, I met a nice girl. She may not have been the skinniest, nor the healthiest girl in my neighborhood, but we fell for one another and got married. We made a great couple, two overweight individuals who loved all you can eat buffets and midnight snacks. I never worked out and was almost always tired, but I had a successful job and loving wife at home. I may have still been overweight, but was finally happy. That was until I visited my primary physician right after my 40th birthday.

My doctor was not exactly pleased with my weight, nearly 250 pounds, with minimal muscles. He gave me an in-depth lecture about the dangers of being overweight. I was told about heart diseases, high blood pressure and the risk of diabetes. For the first time in my life, the messages did not go in one ear and out the other. I listened to his every word. After all, I was scared to death of what he was telling me. I knew right then and there that it was time to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle.

The moment I got home, I began doing research, reading professional studies and customer feedback. I found about a zillion weight loss programs and fad diets to help people slim down. A majority of writers seemed to prefer human growth hormone (HGH) therapy and testosterone injections as their most trusted weight loss programs. Folks love the fact that they no longer have to starve themselves or count calories all day. They no longer have to spend hours on the treadmill either. You too can continue your regular routine and either the HGH human growth hormone or testosterone treatment will begin improving your weight in no time.
