• Flax seeds are an amazing way to cut the fat fast. The flax seeds have Omega 3 would not only cut the ft but would also take care of the cholesterol problem that you might have. Having two teaspoons of these seeds would cleanse your system well. It would extract all the toxic that could hurt the body and would start eating up the fat.
• Green tea is another thing that would add that extra to your metabolism which would help bringing the fat as its not your body buy an oven.
