Natural Fat Loss Diet
You should start eating smaller meals more often. This seems a bit excessive for people, but it is an important part of a natural fat loss diet. When you eat these smaller meals more often it boosts your metabolism. As long as your body is constantly digesting something, your metabolism will stay up. The reason this is good is because you can technically eat more food. I'm not saying more food than you're eating now, but more food than you would on a regular 3 meals a day diet. The extra calories mean you can eat more food and lose weight at the same time. The next thing is to follow this very simple structure on foods. Essentially all you'll eat is a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat. All day long, your protein should remain constant across all 6 meals. Your carbohydrates should be the highest in the morning and cut out by 6pm in the evening. Fat should remain low all day long and you should have your high fat (like fish oil) before bed.
