Pay attention to posture. Getting proper aerobic and anaerobic exercise is important to better posture. A good stance means “stand up straight”, which in turn makes appear taller. Remember that weak abdominal muscles often contribute to poor stature, so concentrate on strength exercise to promote good posture.

It is now likely to grow taller and naturally increase height and enhance the body’s anatomy without dangerous surgery or awkward exercises.
