New Moon Of Planet 51 Leads To A Blind Side
Today’s video (above) tells you what we’re seeing and why. New Moon has been a highly anticipated movie leading many “twimoms” to stalker(ish) behavior. I absolutely loved Twilight and read all four books within weeks of seeing the movie for the first time…it’s a beautiful love story of a high school teen that falls in love with a vampire. In New Moon, the vampire leaves her (I couldn’t believe it when I read it in the book), but yes he leaves her for her safety only to find out that her best friend is a werewolf. Talk about some teen drama This one builds the relationship between Bella and her best friend (and werewolf) Jacob. Next up on the must watch this weekend is The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock. In this “based on a true story” film Sandra takes in a teen boy that is bedless, homeless, and hopeless. She not only gives him a place to live, but turns his life around (and gives hers meaning again). I’m planning on bringing and entire box of tissues as this looks to be a tear jerker. Finally – Planet 51 releases Friday. HOPEFULLY this childrens movie makes the grade. SOme of the most recent supposedly kids movies were lacking in adventure, fun, and laughter – I am keeping my fingers crossed that this one is actually a movie I’ll enjoy with my son.
