If you are looking at starting a Home Business, then the first thing you need to do is to decide on a company, a vehicle, which will help you get set up. There are thousands of companies looking for representatives and have their own ways of attracting rep’s. Now it is up to you to shuffle through them and find that one that will work for you. You may even already have picked a company to represent. But how do you know that the company you choose will work for you?

You have to find a company that meets certain criteria’s in order for you to succeed. After all, it does not matter what you do as a home based business owner. If your company does not or can not support you then you will be finished before you get started. Selecting a good company can be difficult to the new business owner. Every company has their own pitch to try to get representatives.

So how would you select a good company? Would you look through all of them and then try and pick the one that is most appealing to you? Well I suppose you could and hey you may even pick the right one. But I would say that would be a bit of a gamble. Instead would it not be prudent to have a set of standards or criteria’s and see how a company matches up to those criteria’s?

Actually it would be best to look at real company, a good one, with all the essential criteria’s, and study it. Then when you see bad companies you will be apt at identifying them as that. So let’s do that.

The company we are going to look at models for any other company that is thinking of supporting an army of members. Work from home moms and dads, and more.
