Whether you just want a new look in your bathroom or you want to save money on contractors, here are a few redesign projects anyone can do.
Painting. Painting is easy to do on your own, and it can make a drastic change in your bathroom.

Demolishing your old bathroom. Be sure to wear safety goggles and heavy gloves when performing this type of task.
A good cleaning. You can make your bathroom look brighter and cleaner by scrubbing away mold that’s accumulated between tiles in your shower, mopping and scrubbing the floor, or using a bleach solution on grimy-looking surfaces.
Change your medicine cabinet. For many flush-mounted medicine cabinets, you won’t need any more expertise or tools than it would take to hang a picture.
A bathroom redesign project can be a big task. But you don’t need professional help on everything.
