A business that chooses to use an online accounting/bookkeeping service will not have to worry about keeping books etc because the company provides everything that is required such as software disks and other items.

Customers are given a disk at the end of every month by the bookkeeping company and on this disk will be all the transactions for the previous month. This would free up the business owner so that he or she could spend even more time concentrating on getting the business up and running and making a profit.
