The method of producing organic beef is not easy. Many farmers may cut corners to prevent financial ruin for their business. The policies aren't necessarily strict, nor are the standards sometimes. But, organic farmers must cope with much more issues and worries when raising livestock than when planting organic crops.

Thus, the next time you visit an organic retail establishment to purchase organic meats, you might not be very enthused about what you receive, since you won't be able to be completely certain of any item in spite of its certification. However you will be the one which will reap the benefits of an item that has minimal or no chemicals at all.
