* New Design Template. * Extended list of built-in Payment Systems inclusive of payments by SMS. * Any currency can now be added via administrator’s panel easily. * Ability to add new paid groups with different permissions. Furthermore now site administrator can set a free trial period of membership in a paid group. * Administrator of the site now has a dedicated area in his panel for posting and managing ads. * New paid services available for featuring ads on the site: - slide-show - lifting up of an ad in search results - leader of the region option. Administrator has full control of all paid services. * Sponsored ads. Administrator now can mark definite ads as sponsored with a special icon. * Ads display management: administrator can choose what ads will be displayed on index and search pages before and after authorization – sponsored, most popular or latest added. * Uploads approve option. * Content Management Wizard was integrated. Now administrator can easily modify content of top and bottom menu sections by means of WYSIWYG Editor.Create new sections, move sections from tom menu to bottom and vice versa, change the position of the sections and create subsections.Full multilingual support. * News Section. You can either post your own news or add RSS Feed and the news will be imported to your site automatically from your favorite resource. * Countries management. Now administrator can modify installed countries in admin panel. We added a special section for adding countries, editing its states/regions, cities and removing those you don’t need. * Separate area in admin panel for managing SEO settings. Multilingual support of SEO metatags. All members' listings are now provided with search friendly links. * Extended notifications. In order to make your company customers remember about you, there are now 25 system notifications by email that can be easily managed via admin panel. * Video files are stored in FLV. format that allows site visitors view video files right on the site like on YouTube. * Photos are displayed with your site's watermark (either your logo or some text on your choice) that prevents stealing your site listings content. * If location of the property is indicated, it will be possible to view it on a map. Site administrator can choose what web mapping service application to be used for displaying property location from Google Maps, Yahoo Maps and Microsoft Virtual Earth. * View the location of the member on the map using IP of the member detected during the registration. * It is possible to set a period of the listing to stay active after which manual prolongation is required. * Internal calendar for rental ads. All dates on arrival/departure as well as booking dates can be entered. * Now site members can add funds not just to their account but to some other member's account. Site administrator can set a commission rate for such an operation.
