In this article I'll lay out step-by-step instructions on how to execute a complete penis enlargement exercise routine that includes both jelqing & stretching.
I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (erect length) in the course of a 6 month period. By using penis exercises and a good penis extender device, I managed to achieve length gains of 0.75" (erect length) in half a year.
Warm-up Exercise
Before performing the following penis exercises, you'll need to do a warm-up first.
To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the towel, and cover your penis with it. Hold it for 2 minutes. Repeat this step for 3 times or more.
By going through warm-up, the circulation in your penis is improved to effectively minimize risks of inflicting damage on your penis.
Penis Stretching
Through stretching your penis past its maximum erect length by a very small bit every time, the cells that make up your penispenile tissue will react to the force by multiplying. This will make the penis bigger.
The stretching exercise below will serve to increase the length of the penis but will do little for the girth. Below are the instructions:
1)Ensure that your penis is flaccid before you begin. Get a hold of the head of your penis. don't grip so hard that you are cutting off circulation.
2)Slowly & carefully stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body. Stretch as far as it will go without your feeling any pain or discomfort. Remain in the stretched position for five minutes. At the end of every minute, try to stretch your penis out by a tiny bit more if you can - again, without feeling any pain or discomfort.
3)Release your penis, and rest for a minute.
4)Swing your penis around in circles for 30 times or more to get circulation going again.
5)Repeat steps 2-4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and then to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body again for 1 minute. Then give your penis ten light tugs in the same direction.
Penis Jelqing
Jelqing is performed by forcing blood into your penis such that the penis blood chambers will deform permanently, thereby making the penis bigger.
Warning: Never jelq a penis when it's fully erect. This is how jelqing can be done:
1)Apply a few drops of Vaseline to your penis and spread it all over your penis.
2)Make a circle with your thumb and index finger around the root of your penis. Next, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As soon as your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis at the beginning, execute 200-300 jelqs a day with moderate strength for the first week, then 300-500 jelqs a day at moderate to full strength for the second week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more a day.
If you become erect in the middle of jelqing, you can either a)wait for it to subside naturally or b)stroke harder to reduce the erection.
At signs of any pain and/or discomfort, stop jelqing right away and do not resume jelqing until the signs have gone away.
Warming Down
At the end of the routine, execute the hot towel wrap again to get blood circulating again in your penis.
Last Words
Don't go overboard with the routine outlined above. Otherwise, you risk injuring your penis.
The routine above will surely make your penis bigger, but by a tiny amount at a time. However, these small amounts will add up to impressive gains in time if you keep up the good work.
