Personal Development Tips Breaking Free From Your Comfort Zone
Here's a quote by Denis Waitley: I go to work, I earn my bread, I watch TV and go to bed, Sunrise, sunset - year to year, Before I know it winter's here. I know that this may sound harsh, but if you are truly honest with yourself, you will agree with me that that's what life is like for 95% of the population, possibly including yourself. Go to a train station and see people running around like headless chickens. Look at the way they dress, their postures and their facial expressions. You can feel and smell the stress and pollution in the air. Is this the way you want to live? Of course not! So why are you? Simply because you don't know that there's a better way and you have accepted that this is your life. The other big factor holding you back is fear of failure, embarrassment and change. I truly believe that the majority of people are so busy trying to earn a living to get by, that they have lost all hope in life and inspiration to be a millionaire. They have accepted that where they are today is the best they can do and they don't have any dreams, goals or desires. They have accepted that this is "happy." You see, you have been brainwashed by your parents, friends, teachers, the media, your boss, that it's OK to get by and live like this. Well I am here to set you loose, break you free from a mediocre life-style. You can and will do better than you are doing today. I want you to be unhappy with your current position. It's time for you to change and to act. I want you to dream, I want you to reach up for the stars. Today is the first day of your new life. "When you reach out for the stars, you may not quite get one, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either."
