What would you recommend?"

The woman will nearly always say "yes" to this. (The "email" question is great, because everyone has email, right? Now you're going to treat it as if she OFFERING to give you her email.)

So now you smoothly take out your pen and notepad and hand them to her. Act like this is a totally natural next step.

Then, as she jots down her email address, you say "write down your number also. Oh, and I didn't get your name..."

By acting as if it's totally normal for you to give you her personal info, she'll feel perfectly okay doing so. She won't even think twice about it.

It's when you ASK PERMISSION for a woman's information that she might think twice about it. So don't ask permission. Just get her info.
