There are many people working in the music industry who claim that piracy has a great influence on music sales and profits. An entirely debate starts from this point because the individuals perceive this problem from different points of view. Some say that downloading a new hit from the internet is more of an advertising technique rather than a whole in the budget. However, it is known the fact that not all the music is free on the internet and that we also have music downloads which need to be paid for.

Most of us believe it to be completely normal to be permitted to have information and to share them at any time if we want. All these expenses should be covered by the following purchasing and if people choose to get in the possession of music without paying it, then it loses its value. In this case, we may find ourselves in front of billions of music stars who do not care about producing quality songs.

Free file sharing may be considered as damaging as the piracy itself. Just think about how it would be like if all of us would share one file a day? Isn’t it devastating as well? In order to show your appreciation to the artists you admire, try to pay for all the music you listen to. Do not encourage piracy and show some gratitude to the authentic music.
