Planning Your Annual Leave
The first thing to consider when planning your annual leave is your obligations to others. If you have family across the seas, or a long distance partner you will need to set aside a substantial amount of time for visits. Indeed, your parents will miss you greatly if you never come by. The next step is to plan your big holidays – everyone needs one or two trips a year which are an adventure. So chart out what you plan to do and apportion days where necessary. Try to arrange these holidays around bank holidays and weekends as that will prevent you from cutting too deep into your annual leave allotment. Finally, you need to be sure to leave a few days spare. You never know when something will come up and require some extra annual leave: things like moving house, unwell family or impromptu celebrations can pop up at any time. If you plan your annual leave well you will have tons of time for great trips. After all, you wouldn’t want poor planning to prevent you from taking in great holiday destinations like the Garden Village Kalamaki in Greece. So chart out your time, and then use it to have an incredible year of holidays.
