Please Explain Covert Hypnosis
You might frequently think to yourself “Is that genuine, or is the hypnotist just using actors?”. The answer is of course, that no question, it is absolutey real, nonetheless you might be surprised to learn that there's a much more advanced type of hypnosis than that, a form of hypnosis that can be utilised in your day to day life on anyone without them being aware of it. And this type of hypnosis is known as “covert hypnosis”. Covert hypnosis works by effecting a person's subconscious mind outside of the person's conscious awareness. Whenever we're consciously aware of a suggestion, we cannot be hypnotized by it. The reason for this is our consciousness has a built in critical part to it, which constantly examines everything that passes through it. If our conscious mind were to discover any information, or suggestion that was unsavoury or disagreeable to it, then it would instantly reject it. For example, if I told you right now “you will raise your right hand”, you more than likely wouldn't, since I'm giving an instruction to your consciousness. If, on the other hand, I apply subtle suggestions within your mind, then trigger thosethese suggestions subconsciously, without you being consciously aware of it, then it becomes easily possible for me to make you bring up your right hand. As you can see, by its very nature, covert hypnosis in't obvious. The only real way to tell if someone is employing covert hypnosis on you is to acquire the knowledge yourself.
