For all those who are interested in the digital camera world, some exciting news was released earlier today that Polaroid's first digital camera with a built-in printer is set to arrive in shops in the UK later this month and will be priced around £230.
The new Polaroid PoGo Digital Camera will allow its users to print their pictures up to the size of 4x3 inches and unlike previous Polaroid cameras will allows users to preview the images that have been taken via the camera's 3 inch LCD screen before printing.
The Polaroid camera boasts an impressive 5 megapixel image quality and also has a movie-mode that records sound which will allow the users to record their favourite moments as well as capture them in pictures.
Just like the PoGo printer that was launched last year, the camera uses a clever Zero Ink (ZINK) technology to print the images. The process of using the ZINK technology is similar to dye-sublimation printing, ZINK technology uses heat to produce the image that is being printed on to special paper.
The camera will be the first Polaroid consumer digital camera to print photographs measuring 4x3in.
Customers who have tested this camera have been majorly impressed with it so far. Many customers liked the fact you could produce instant copies of the pictures that you have taken and commented that it could be quite handy in some situations. Although the camera only has a 5 megapixel image quality it still rivals other cameras currently on the market.
