Popular Exercises In Core Strength Training

There are various popular exercises that easy to implement in order to strengthen the body core. The bridging exercise for example will help you strengthen the back and abdominal muscle. A prone bridge is conducted by balancing on your toes and the elbows while at the same time maintaining a straight back. Another type of bridge exercise is called a lateral bridge performed on your side, and concurrently rises up the elbow and maintaining a straight line from the shoulder to the feet.
