Premium Weight Lifting Tips

There are as many weight lifters as there are weight lifting tips. at the gym you will find many enthusiastic weightlifters willing to tell you all about their unique techniques to gain muscle mass.The muscle on this guy tells you that he has tons of knowledge so you take his advice. What worked for him probably will not work for you. We all have a different genetic makeup and our bodies respond differently to each exercise. You must seek what works best for your physique and learn what exercises your body responds to.


After you have tried many different techniques to get results the following four tips will be just what you need to get moving in a positive direction.

Begin your workout using only your body weight. Your muscles will respond better if they are pre-exhausted and warmed up. This is a shock and awe approach to weight training. To help eliminate the chance of injury the warm up is absolutely neccessary. In order to really warm up you body start with elevated pushups and then move on to close grip pullups. The combination of these two exercises will help to get the blood flowing to your upper body and will prepare you for the weight training that will follow. By shocking our muscles we will be getting the most out of our workouts.

Doing cardio three times a week is a great weight lifting tip. By doing cardio training you gaurantee you will not be neglecting your best workout options. A great way to increase oxygen and nutrient absorbtion is to do your cardio: this can't be overstated. It would be better to do your cardio at the end of your workout.

Supersets are another fantastic weight lifting tip that will force your muscles into some serious growth.The principal behind super setting is to put a continuous load on the muscle group being exercised.Working the same muscles one right after the other is an example of super setting.You can do one set of lat pull downs and then immediately do another set of bent over rows. Working these two different parts of your back is a good example of shocking the muscle and adding growth.Chest and triceps can be supersetted together to stress different but complimentary muscle groups.

Getting the right amount of protein is crucial to your post workout recovery and growth. Immediately after you workout is the most critical time for you to drink a protein shake. Your body absorbs the protein at an increased rate the first 20 minutes post workout.

Make sure you're consistent and keep in mind that these weight lifting tips will give you your best chance of success.
