You have to fry onions nice and tender in a large sized cooking pot, onions, red bell peppers, celery, chile peppers, ginger, & lemongrass, in the sesame oil. 2. Add chicken stockings and bring the contents to a boil for 5 minutes only. 3. Now pour in the rest of the main ingredients like chicken cut pieces, oyster sauce, tom yum paste, and lime leaves. 4. Check the taste and flavor of the contents after 20 minutes of boiling. 5. If needed, put in more oyster sauce. 6. Now add the seaweed after which you should adorn it with the cilantro and serve to satisfy the taste buds.
