Preparing For A Wedding - A Husband’s View
The first thing that I recommend doing is hiring a wedding planner. A wedding does not sound like a big deal, but for everything to work out the way you want it, you really need a professional to orchestrate all of the details. Also this will allow you and your fiancé the opportunity to enjoy the planning more, and to help not get too stressed out before the big day. Our wedding planner was extremely helpful, and when our flowers were running late, she took care of everything before my wife and I even noticed there was a problem. Another major piece of advice that I can give is make sure that you are on-time for all appointments that your fiancé makes regarding the wedding. If she has a meeting to speak to a florist, or a baker for the wedding cake, or a walk-through of the church, make sure that you are there and on-time. Your fiancé is already extremely stressed out, especially as the big day approaches, so she does not need to worry about you being there or not. Also I think women sometimes relates being late to not caring, so this can cause much bigger problems down the line, so make sure you are there on-time. If you follow these two main pieces of advice your wedding should go very smoothly, and you will live happily ever after!
