Nearby the resort town of Perce is the busiest spot on the peninsula where people enjoy watersports, fine hotel accommodation and the natural beauty and wonder of the cliffs that are pierced by the sea.
Quebec mountain range called the Laurentians provides the best skiing in eastern Canada by winter and serves as a popular summer destination as well. Mont Tremblant is a major ski center and it boasts the highest peak in the Laurentians. Less than an hour drive from the solitude of the Laurentians is the Canadian second largest city – Montreal.
