Rapid Application Development (rad) - What Is That Actually?
Components and / or functions are developed in parallel, as if they were mini-projects, developments are time boxed, shipped and then assembled into a working prototype. This can quickly do something to the client to see and use and provide feedback regarding the delivery and their needs. The speed of change and product development is possible with this method. However, the specifications should be developed for the product at one time, and the project should be placed under formal control before moving into production. This method allows the validation of the technology risks in the early stage and rapid response to changing customer requirements. Dynamic System Development Methodology RAD is a sophisticated process that allows checks to be put in place to stop the out of control situation in the project. But we still need the essentials of good development practices in place to ensure that these methods work. We need to maintain strict configuration management of the rapid evolution that we do in parallel a number of development cycles. The prospect of testing we need to plan very carefully and regularly update our plans that things will change very rapidly. The development process RAD actively encourages feedback from customers. The customer is at the beginning of the visibility of the product, can provide feedback on the design and may decide, based on existing functionality, whether to proceed with the development, what features to include in the next delivery cycle, or even stop the project if it is not delivering the expected value. A solution-focused business market provides a rapid return on investment (ROI) and can provide valuable marketing information of the company. Validation with the RAD development process is a first and main activity. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com Visit Software Testing which is a community of 7000+ software testers.
