Re-evaluating Your Brand
Since branding should project your company’s true image and not that which you perceive it to be, it should always show your company in the most effective way possible. All of your color printing images should reflect the high quality of the products and services you sell or you will not be able to retain your customer base for very long. Again, be careful with rebranding because if you change the original image you portrayed for your customers you will have a very difficult time increasing customers which will ultimately cause disaster for your company. Keep any changes subtle and don’t attempt to create a new target audience without directing new marketing efforts toward the ones you already have. Before you even consider giving your company a makeover and doing any kind of rebranding at all, you have to evaluate the need. If you have a consistent flow of business and rare regularly acquiring new customers, it is safe to assume that you are reaching the highest potential of customers the market will allow. On the other hand, if your acquisition of new customers is sporadic, you may need to look into some changes that may make your company more visible and look more appealing. One of the first places to start is to review the quality of the company’s color printing. Customers are drawn to things such as letterhead, brochures, and websites. If the quality contained in those items is inferior or sloppily created and maintained, your prospects will not be interested in doing business with the company. The marketability of your products will be enhanced or worsened by the quality of any company advertising. Your website should be free of any grammatical and spelling errors and should portray the image to visitors that quality is a top priority. Even the quality of the color images you choose should demonstrate your commitment to excellence, a very important part of gaining new and maintaining old customers.
