A lot of people automatically think that the seller is greedy or hard to deal with that is why the property is overpriced and is still on the market. That can also be a possibility but that is not always the case. There are times that the issue may be because of low ballers that is why the seller do not even bother to respond or make a counter offer. There are times that you need to just make an offer and send it to the seller. If your offer is decent and would be just right when offered to other similar properties on the area, then go ahead and put a comparative analysis between the seller's property and the other similar properties within the area. Chances are you will get a respond and a counter offer from the seller.
