Red Riding Hood The Movie
A wolf desires to take in the girl but is afraid to do so in public places. He approaches little red riding hood and she naïvely tells him where she is going. He suggests the woman pick some flowers, which she does. Meanwhile, he would go to the grandmother's home and gains entry by pretending being the lady. He swallows the grandmother entire, and waits for the girl, disguised as the grandmother. When the girl arrives, she notices he looks extremely strange to become her grandmother. Little Red Riding Hood then says, "What large hands you've." In many retellings, this eventually culminates with Little Red Riding Hood saying, "My, what large teeth you've!", how the wolf replies, "The simpler to eat you with," and swallows her entire, too. A week ago, audiences rushed to determine the most recent instalment of wizarding magic, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. Those millions also previewed the latest film trailer for Red Riding Hood, Catherine 'Twilight' Hardwicke's melodramatic undertake the well-known folktale. From this trailer it appears that Red Riding Hood has been neatly packaged for the Twihards as another woodsy romantic-fantasy-thriller, with increased intimacy to take into account the 3 years older and wiser its audience is becoming. The synopsis released using the film certainly reinforces the dramatic tone and content from the Twilight films. Amanda Seyfried plays Valerie, a nubile young woman betrothed by her parents to a wealthy man but desperately in love with a broody outsider. Before Valerie can flee with her forbidden lover, her older sister is found killed by the legendary werewolf that prowls the dark forest surrounding their medieval village. The Wolf is unsatisfied with the monthly animal sacrifice provided by the villagers and within blood red moon begins to pick off the villagers. The village is gripped by panic like a famed werewolf hunter warns that in the human form by day, the Wolf might be any one of them. Valerie soon discovers she's a distinctive bond using the beast and is both suspect and bait. However, perhaps it's unfair to evaluate Hardwicke's latest film by these standards. Though they're technically short previews, film trailers in practice are artfully constructed exhibits of editing and audience targeting, capable of obscuring and promoting to the will of film executives. Indeed, Hardwicke's contribution towards the Twilight saga, the very first film Twilight, is usually recognised since the strongest from the film franchise and it certainly bore the impression of Hardwicke's previous experience. On one side, borne from her directorial debut Thirteen, Hardwicke clearly has a keen knowledge of the self-involved state of female adolescence that may dramatise any decision to some grandiose, divinely fated scale. However, her background like a production designer showed strongly within the convincing texture and detail of the film's closed world - in the regular denim-and-parkas Forks High School and also the eerily lovely North american setting lushly rendered. This latest film trailer demonstrates that Red Riding Hood has a distinctive production design nailed down. Furthermore, Gary Oldman and Amanda Seyfried have proven themselves strong actors able to rising above the cheesiest camp. The soundtrack bodes well too, with bellowing Inception horns and a new track from electro-ominous Fever Ray.
