Redecorating a room or location and using bar stools can create a unique and fantastic look. All you need is a bit of creativeness and the internet. Oh and a bit of money on hand will help with these decorating ideas.
What we will look at is the way to change a family room into a game room for your family. First you will need to pick a sports team that your husband loves. His most favorite out there will be the best way to go about one of the best surprises you've done for him.
Enlist some of your friends to help the day of redecorating; yes it's going to be like a trading spaces scene. You're going to have to work your butts off, but the look will be great when you are done. Plan it for a day when you have the most time available.
Get everything from wall hangings that deal with this team, and rugs that are the team colors. You're going to top off the look with bar stools that are in the team colors too. It will look fantastic; hopefully he likes a good team though!
You can if you have the time even go to painting the room in the team colors. Switching up the walls for the different colors of the team. Or just the lower part of the wall even with a border in between. You will need to plan a bit ahead to get the look just right in your mind.
As an example we will use the Tampa Bay Bucs colors. Those are pewter and red, and you can choose the color that will be the base color to the full room. You don't even need to paint the walls with either if you don't want too.
For the bar stools though go with a pewter color metal for the chair, and on the seat see if you can get the Bucs logo, you should be able to find it. It will look so much better than just a plain old red seat, and will add nicely to the room. Get glasses that have the Bucs logo on them and everything else should be centered around the Bucs. Not just the colors but the logo and the players. Add more to the room, but don't make it too crowded.
Finish up the room by adding wall hangings or posters even, and if your husband has any memorabilia from the Bucs hang them too. Old tickets of when he attended a game, a jersey of his favorite player hanging on the wall. It will all add very nicely to the look of the room. When your completed with all of that don't forget to place those awesome looking bar stools. The ones with the pewter and logo on the seats.
A room to surprise your husband with that will look fantastic. Remember pick any team that he likes, college, baseball, hockey, basketball. Any sport that he enjoys just finish it off with the bar stools that look great.
