Registryfix - Your Ultimate Guide

Registry Fix is billed as one of the best registry programs on the internet. Many people say that they are able to get the best results with Registry Fix, however, most of them could not be further from the truth. The program itself is one of the worst designed and most poor executed registry cleaners that I have ever seen!

Registry Fix has one of its biggest downsides in saying that it repairs constant crashing of your computer. One of the reviews says that it totally eliminated the crashes that one users was experiencing. It did not stop my computer from crashing at all, and I think that it may have actually caused it to crash more frequently. I do not know how this is possible, as it says that it removes the files that cause this from the registry. The only thing that I can think of is that possibly the program did not go in deep enough and remove every file that was causing a problem.

One of the most important things that the program says that it does is speed up your computer. After all any registry cleaner should be able to remove useless files and speed up the registry? Well, when I tested Registry Fix, it did just the opposite. I experienced extremely slow speeds, like I did before, and even with multiple scans and removals using the program, I was unable to get any noticeable improvement of speed on my computer. While I may be an isolated case, you can never know for sure!

Another great feature that the program touts is its ability to repair broken DLL files. These files, better known as Dynamic Linking Library files are important to your computers function and speed. I was unable to repair three of my files using the program. I tried multiple times but none of the times was the program able to repair, or even state an exact reason it could not repair the files.

Internet Explorer is one horrible browser. However, so many people still use it that many of the registry editor programs include tools that can cut down on the number of problems that you will experience with Internet Explorer. I tested the tools that were included with this program, and was greatly disappointed. It caused Internet Explorer to be more unstable, and take longer to load web pages than any other web browser I have used before.

Svchosts are important processes that run different functions for your Windows computer system. However, I was unable to get the program to cut down on any Svchost errors, or any other errors for that matter. Registry Fix seemed like a large dud that did nothing but increased my problems. In order for you to get a good registry editor, I would recommend research a program that has been proven to remove registry errors and other problems without the vast number of different problems I had with Registry Fix. My overall review: Avoid using this program if you want a computer that will not annoy you!
