Relationship Marketing: Discover How To Warm Up Your Rapport With Audio
Upon releasing my VIP coaching program, several people on my list 'raised their hands' to tell me they were interested in the program and to send them an application. Well, out went the applications. Several wrote back telling me the mastermind, coaching and accountability sounded great and they'd be sending the filled-out applications right back. A few days went by and two trickled in. Where were the rest of the applications? I knew my potential clients just needed a little nudge. Normally I'd send out an email with a terrific message and would receive a favorable response and more applications but not this time. This time I wanted more of a personal message. One that spoke from my heart to theirs. Whether they registered for the program or not, there was still relationship to build. So, I whipped up a quick 5 minute audio and spoke to them just as if they were sitting across the kitchen table from me. The audio went out with a quick short Ezine note. The note had some terrific educational information for them with an invitation to get more information on the audio. The audio went into more detail and was a quick 5-minute message. The results? Even though I'd imagined a great return, using audio this way gave me a better than I had even imagined. Many people came back with more questions, so a 15-minute consult was scheduled. By being in service to your prospective clients, it's amazing what terrific relationships can be built. Not to mention I had more people sign up for my offering! That's just one way of having audio help warm up your rapport, grow a relationship and your business at the same time. Let me give you a few more tips on using this marketing strategy tool. Audio Tip #1 -- Use an audio as a follow up tool when you're promoting one of your programs. Audio Tip # 2 -- Put up a short audio greeting on your web site or squeeze page. This gives your visitor a better sense of who you are as a person (I've found audio helps to get more opt-ins too). Audio Tip #3 -- Instead of giving a written free report, give your visitors a free audio. It's a warmer more personal touch. Audio Tip #4 -- A radio personality interviewed me and I have that captured on audio. People love bonuses and you can use an audio you've created to use as a bonus. I'll be using this as a promotional bonus. Audio Tip #5 -- I'm creating an audio testimonial for someone's services I've used. Audio Tip #6 -- Use an audio for a series of lessons rather than the regular written auto responder. Audio Tip #7 -- Create a series of lessons combining a written auto responder and audio. Audio Tip #8 -- Use an audio to record your teleseminars and then you can convert these into products (audios can put money in the bank). I've been using Audio Acrobat because it's been the simplest and easiest system I've found. Plus their 'quick as a blink' customer service is consistent with desire to really help you grow your business. All of what I've been speaking of, is reaching out to your prospects and clients by opening the door and letting them know you on a different level. By using audio, you'll amplify your marketing impact, create a personal connection, and in turn encourage customers to hire you. So, the bottom line? You'll get more new clients, make more money and experience having more time while the audio will be the workhorse for you.
