Have you quit hugging or kissing loved ones? Maybe you've even quit showing that big smile that everyone enjoys? Is it because you have chronic bad breath? There are tons of people that can't seem to enjoy life because of this bad breath issue. They are too shy to go to the doctor, or sometimes they simply can't afford the bill. So, instead of not enjoying life, here are a few simple remedies that a person can do at home to help cure bad breath!
Brushing and Flossing
First of all, the number one best thing a person can do for their teeth is to brush and floss them. Taking good care of your teeth is key to keeping odor-causing bacteria away (such as in rotting teeth or foods). Brush your teeth after every meal and floss between them once a day. This should be the first thing you do to help with fresher breath!
Avocados
Avocados help freshen the breath! Not the dip, but the fresh avocados that you can find in the produce aisles at the store. Just a little salt for seasoning should do - just make sure you don't use garlic! Eating small amounts can be healthy and also a great way to freshen your breath!
Eat Less Protein
Proteins can seriously cause bad breath. If you can cut back on the meat portions of protein and replace it with more fresh fruits, nuts, grains, beans, and vegetables, you'll notice your breath will stink alot less! Eating right is key to fresh breath.
Drink Water
Drink water! Water helps keep the body hydrated and functioning properly! Dry mouth can lead to stinky breath along with not being fully hydrated. Drink at least 8-10 8oz glass of water each day to help keep your body fuctioning properly - which allows it to filter the nasty stuff out of your body that can cause bad breath.
