Of course, not everyone can afford to spend a fortune on remodelling their bathroom, but there are changes you can make that don’t cost the earth. Dual sinks, recessed medicine cabinets and even the mere addition of a dimmer switch can all go down well with prospective buyers, allowing you to add value to your home almost effortlessly. Just remember that you are re modelling your home for a potential buyer that you don't know whos tastes could vary wildly from your own.
