Remove Facial Fat With 3 Easy Facial Exercises

There are various things that are required for double chin removal. You will need to do facial exercises and for some of us, a change in our eating habits will be needed to reduce facial fat and get the look of a mini facelift.

A good face work out is where you start. It will reduce facial fat and assist in removing your double chin. The workouts sound really hysterical but just remember that they are how you will get rid of a double chin!

1. Standing upright in a comfortable position holding your head at a natural angle. Open your mouth really wide, stick your tongue out as far as you can for the count of ten, then relax your mouth. Repeat this exercise as many times as you can without hurting yourself. Remember that this facial exercise is assisting to remove that double chin of yours.

2. Sit straight in a chair. Incline your head backwards and open your mouth really wide. If you can do it comfortably, maintain this open mouth arrangement for the count of ten, then close it. As you do it again, remember to make sure your mouth is as open as you can make it. Do as many repetitions as you feel okay with and you will have started down the road to reduce fat from your face.

3. Remain in a comfortable position. Tilt your head backwards as far as you can without hurting yourself. There is no need to open your mouth. Hold for ten seconds, then relax. Begin with doing a few each time you exercise -- and you are on your way to a mini facelift.

4. Standing upright, place your head in a comfortable position and at a natural angle. You can keep your mouth shut as you do this facial exercise. Lift your chin until the muscles become tight. Okay, your closed mouth will look more like a contortion, but that’s okay. Hold the position for ten seconds, then let your chin relax. Duplicate this face exercise up to ten repetitions, if it doesn't hurt you to do so. And be sure to remember that this facial exercise is helping you forwards toward your natural facelift.
