It may also be easier to receive personalized attention if something goes wrong during your stay, as a landlord of this nature most always has a list of emergency responders on hand. There are also those rooms that are owned and operated by a hotel or resort. These may or may not be at or near the site of an existing hotel or resort, but can often feature the same amenities such as access to the pool, restaurant and other features. In many cases, this type of landlord is beneficial because there is often a maintenance staff and other personnel on duty at the property that may be able to assist you whenever needed. While there may be these types of differences between rentals, sometimes who you rent from may make no difference at all in terms of the things that matter to you.
