Restore Your Ph Body Levels – The Only Way To Enjoy Good Health
Convenience foods have become a way of life, and the food industry cashes in on this as it seeks more and more profit - delivering little in terms of wholesomeness. The losers are indeed us! Walk down the aisles of any supermarket and what do you see? That's right! Rows and rows of cereals, pastas, breads and cakes, processed and tinned meats, sugar and salt-laden foods that do endless harm to our inner terrain. Our bodies are becoming more and more acidic, and it's in direct relationship to how badly we choose to eat. And so sets in a condition called acidosis It's a breeding ground for sickness and disease. Maladies that many have come to accept as routine, such as acne, weight problems, strokes and heart disease, have their origins in pH imbalance. So how do we redress this? How do we go about protecting ourselves for the future? The reality is that your defence against sickness and disease is restoring the pH of your blood. Clearly we have to work hard to reverse the situation. It is done by ensuring that we eat properly and include alkaline foods in our diet. Drinking alkaline water is also important, as is cutting out acidic drinks such as coffee and sodas. Water is your friend in this equation. Keeping our bodies acidic is one sure way of accelerating the aging process, as acid waste is left in our bodies. It is also a way of putting our immune system out of action. But be assured. It's not necessary to cut out all acidic foods of course, but eating them in the ratio of 80/20 is the ideal - that is, 80% alkalizing foods and 20% acidic, as you don't want to end up being too alkaline either. Green vegetables, preferably raw, perhaps in smoothies, will kick-start your journey towards balancing the pH of your blood. It's certainly a prudent idea to cut back on foods that promote acidity and that is meats, yeast products, dairy, and alcohol. Concentrate on greens, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, and fruits which are alkaline forming within your system. It isn't necessarily easy! Electing to eat a more alkaline diet is not necessarily an easy one, but if you make your changes gradually, eliminating many of those foods that you know are acid forming, soon you will begin to see positive changes. That's when you will be assured that you are on the right path. Energy levels will rise, you will feel a happiness that perhaps was missing in your life, and you will be much more inclined to rise in the morning to exercise. Be assured too, that along the way you will begin to note so many small issues (that you may have just put up with) simply disappear. These are all evidence of a healthier inner terrain Your skin texture will improve, your thinking will be clearer and best of all you will sleep like a baby! Each of these is evidence of improvement at a cellular level. And what better affirmation of health than a drop in weight, as fat cells simply are no longer needed? It's a challenge I know, but hey, the new you will be one that you are going to love.
