For all of my loyal supporters who have missed my eccentric and often humorous outlook on the culinary world, I’m back with a vengeance! My brief disappearance allowed me some time to regroup and experiment with many new recipes. My recently acquired Jedi-like skill sets and newly stocked arsenal of recipes would make Yoda proud!
For all the popular chefs that thought their “Thorn in their side” was gone, I’m sorry to say that I’m back with more determination and challenges than before, bringing a new hope! Of course the big names have earned their namesake by impressing consumers with their abilities and recipes. However, I’m putting them on notice that I’ll be calling them out once again. They certainly don’t live up to the “Evil Empire” that Luke had to rebel against, but, they do represent a mainstream culinary venue with no room for little fish like myself. As always, my challenges will be ‘above the belt’ and resemble a gentleman’s duel; hopefully I can leave my light-saber at home (smile).
Although I’ve been silent that last month, I’ve been busy going through certain measures to insure copious amounts of articles once again. A new PC and a spacious writing desk will promote more articles in an un-cramped style, of course adding to my Jedi skills.
To all my friends that have always had positive comments as well as lending me inspiration, I would like to thank you; if not for all of you I may not be here writing about my return. Writing is truly rewarding, it provides me with a way to express my feelings and attitudes towards current events and as most of you know, recipes. I’m glad to be back, bringing light once again through my writings for my fans and readers.
