Russell Solomon Pulls From Archeology Background For New Novel

Many people would, in fact, view archeology as a rather boring topic for a new book. Yet Russell Solomon has impressively used his background in archeology to weave an incredible tale full of intrigue, suspense and drama in his novel, “The Lost Pendulum of Montrose.” The book, Solomon's first published novel, was released in October 2010 and has been well received. The new Russell Solomon novel is truly unique, taking a seemingly dull subject such as archeology and creating a suspense-filled world in which the main character must use his paleontology background to piece together clues that take him deep into a covert world of an occult society. Suspense continues to build as the main character gets deeper and deeper into the puzzle to reveal an elite organization that delves into the occult in a series of crimes. The main character, the setting, and the clues and details of the story are expertly created and developed, which is a true testament to the author's unique background in archeology.

With the masterful way that Russell Solomon has created this incredible world and turned otherwise normal characters into super-sleuth experts, it is not a surprise to learn that many fans are wondering what other incredible stories the author has in store for them. Solomon is currently working on his second novel, which by all accounts also uses his archeology background to weave another incredible tale.
