Russell Solomon's New Novel: A Real Page-turner

Every once in a while, you come across a book that you literally cannot put down. Sure, there are those books that you enjoy reading. Then there are books that are truly engrossing, capturing your interest in a whole-hearted, enrapturing way. The first book written by upcoming literary genius Russell Solomon is such a book. This book, “The Lost Pendulum of Montrose,” is dubbed a science fiction book, but it certainly encompasses a number of other genres as well, such as adventure, thriller and suspense to name just a few. The bottom line is that this is a book that almost everyone will have trouble putting down!

The author, Russell Solomon, has used his unique background in both journalism and archeology to create an amazing world that readers can really get lost in. The story begins with an unassuming paleontologist whose normal, average and almost boring life is interrupted with a job that involves overseeing the excavation of a mass grave, where 12 women have been found buried. The plot thickens, though, when the paleontologist teams up with an expert anthropologist also working the excavation site, and they uncover clue after clue and artifact after artifact. They eventually piece together that the site is related to a sinister organization of elite society members who are caught up in the wrong side of the occult.

The new Russell Solomon book has all of the elements you would expect from a page-turner, blending incredibly realistic details into the plot, beautifully developing each of the characters and adding twists and turns along the way that will really have you biting your nails in suspense. While the book may be classified as a science fiction book, the fact is that everyone will love getting caught up in this expertly crafted story. Once you step into this world, you won't be able to put the book down until you reach the last page!
